Karim Ghouas has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Karim began their career as an IT Consultant at IT Allianse in 1997 before transitioning to a Software Developer role at Scali in 1998. During this time, they completed their Master's thesis and presented internationally. In 2001, they joined Nokia where they worked as a Software Developer and Telecom Engineer, overseeing key projects globally. Karim also served as a Support Engineer for Telenor, working on data backbone systems. In 2005, they joined Perlemor as a Software Developer before moving to Telenor in 2006, where they advanced to become the Director of IT Architecture and Senior Advisor ISIT. During their time at Telenor, they played a pivotal role in business transformation and drove strategic projects. In 2014, they joined Kobler as a COO, CTO, and Business Developer, leading the company to significant revenue growth and expanding partnerships. Throughout their career, Karim has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive cultures within their teams.
Karim Ghouas earned a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1994 to 2001. In 2005, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School. Karim also completed basic military disciplines at Officers' Training School from 1988 to 1989. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications as an NLP Practitioner from Interaction consulting in 2008 and as a Project Management Professional in 2005 from PMI.
