Paul Potsides began their work experience as a Web Application Developer at Ninth Wave in 2006. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Actix. In 2016, they joined DevicePilot as a Full Stack Developer. The following year, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Fleetway Travel for a short period. Paul then joined Zero 1 in 2018 as the Head of Engineering and remained in that position until 2021. Currently, Paul is working as the Chief Technology Officer at Koble, a software platform that assists entrepreneurs in securing investments.

Paul Potsides pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College London, starting in 1999 and completing it in 2002. Following this, they enrolled at UCL and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, attending from 2004 to 2005.
