Michael Tedesco has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Michael is currently the COO at Kobalt.io since November 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Customer Success at Kobalt.io from January 2021 to November 2021.

Prior to their role at Kobalt.io, Michael served as the Senior Director of Consulting Services at Infor from September 2018 to January 2021. Michael also held the position of Vice President of Support & Services at Vivonet, which was acquired by Infor, from August 2017 to September 2018.

Michael's previous roles include Director of Product at Traction Rec from October 2016 to February 2017, Director of Worldwide Support & Services at DDS Wireless from March 2015 to October 2016, and various positions at Eastman Kodak from October 2006 to March 2015, including Worldwide Product Manager, Manager of Level III Support, and District Service Manager.

Michael started their career at Domino Amjet, Inc as a Regional Service Manager from January 2006 to October 2006. Before that, they worked at Creo Products Inc. (acquired by Kodak) in roles such as District Service Manager, Field Product Specialist, and Application Consultant from 1997 to 2005. Michael also has experience as a General Manager at AlphaGraphics and Production Manager at The Kaspi Group International, Inc.

Michael Tedesco attended Western Michigan University from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications and Journalism. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In February 2023, they completed the Partner Academy | Vanta Platform Expert certification and the Partner Academy | Vanta Reseller Partner certification from Vanta. Furthermore, in May 2012, they obtained the Pragmatic Marketing Framework for market-driven product management certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
