Sonia Surakov has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Sonia is currently the Director of Product Management at Koalafi, where they have been since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at PACTUM from 2021 to 2022. Sonia also has experience as a Product Manager and Founding Member at Teamstand from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held various roles at Yext from 2015 to 2020, including Senior Manager, Platform Services and Senior Client Operations Analyst. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate Consultant and Consulting Analyst at inCode, a division of Ericsson from 2013 to 2015.

Sonia Surakov completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing/Management from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce in the year 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from the University of Virginia in 2012.
