Charlotte Owen currently serves as Acting Group CFO at Forge Holiday Group, having joined in May 2024. Charlotte has extensive financial leadership experience, previously holding various roles at Sykes Holiday Cottages from 2018 to 2024, including Finance Director and Commercial Finance Director. Additional experience includes serving as Trustee at Koala North West since July 2023, Financial Controller at Grosvenor from 2015 to 2018, and key financial positions at Sky and PricewaterhouseCoopers earlier in the career. Charlotte's educational background includes a degree from the University of Cambridge and participation in a leadership program at IMD, as well as completing the ICAEW qualification.
