Scott Marr is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading franchise businesses. Currently serving as Founding Principal at Franchise Altitude since May 2024, Scott previously held the role of Chief Incubation Officer at Empower Brands from April 2023 to April 2024, joining the senior leadership team after the merger of Koala Insulation and Wallaby Windows. As Founder and CEO of Wallaby Windows from December 2021 until its acquisition in April 2023, Scott established an emerging franchise system focused on window and door replacement. Prior to that, Scott founded Koala Insulation, a leading franchise brand and the fastest-growing insulation franchise, which was also acquired by Empower Brands. Earlier in the career, Scott led Fleet Clean USA from June 2009 to February 2020, culminating in an acquisition by ACON Investments, LLC, and Fleetwash, Inc. Additionally, Scott was a shareholder at State Bank of Georgia from October 2007 to December 2009 before it was acquired by Georgia’s Own Credit Union.
