We’ve already launched our pharmacy service that allows pet parents to shop for their pets’ medications and supplements online and get them delivered to their doorstep in presorted medication pouches. Now we’re focused on continuing to improve that experience while building a suite of new products and services that will make the pet health experience even better.Â
We are looking to add a B2B2C Marketing Manager to Koala Health’s growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for helping deliver on revenue and growth objectives, scaling Koala Health’s B2B/2C business to even more pet parents. The responsibilities will encompass both strategic & tactical aspects of all of Koala Health’s marketing initiatives and work hand in hand with Marketing Leadership and other leaders within the company.
What you'll do:
- Campaign strategy and execution
- Strategize and execute on partner marketing campaigns by identifying innovative approaches to scale client conversion.
- Ideate and test on-site customer activations.
- Develop hypotheses and testing plans focused on identifying scalable marketing tactics.
- Identify and execute strategies focused on consistently communicating and building excitement with partners.
- Execution & Optimization
- Leverage Koala’s existing martech stack to execute customized campaigns for partners.
- Strategize and lead implementation of marketing communications in the B2B sales and B2B2C buyer journey, including email, print, direct mail, and other channels as applicable.
- Collaborate with marketing team on innovative approaches to content, storytelling, audience segmentation and targeting focused on creating omnichannel presence for all partnerships.
- Project manage implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring on time delivery of design, copy, and campaign go-lives.
- Account management
- Maintain consistent feedback loop with account management team; proactively communicating upcoming campaigns and initiatives, and innovating strategies based on feedback.
- Conduct brand and marketing research to deeply understand both partner and customer sentiment and trends.
- Build a deep understanding of our partnerships, working closely with our account management team to scale customer acquisition.
- Sales Enablement
- Support B2B sales team by strategizing and producing campaigns that generate lead volume.
- Strategize and attend key trade and industry events.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred in Marketing, Communication, or Psychology or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role with at least 1+ years experience in executing B2B2C/partner marketing campaigns.
- A creative thinker with a knack for bringing innovation to their marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in managing omnichannel/multi channel campaigns. Experience with lifecycle marketing is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working within a early stage start-up role preferred
- Experience in digital health is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and confident in navigating ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Animal lover - Not required, but definitely a plus
