Alex O'Brien is an experienced meteorologist with a strong background in broadcasting. Currently serving as a meteorologist at KOAA5 since June 2019, Alex previously held the same position at KAMC 28 News from July 2017 to June 2019. Earlier career experience includes working as an associate producer at WeatherNation from February 2016 to June 2017, and an internship at WeatherNation in the summer of 2015, where skills in building weather graphics and social media content were developed. Alex's educational background includes studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2014 to 2016.
