Ben Oelsner is a Special Counsel and Partner at KO Law Firm with over 17 years of experience in intellectual property and technology transactions. Prior to joining KO Law Firm, Ben worked as an Associate at Cooley LLP, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, and as a Legal Assistant at Marron, Reid & Sheehy. Ben earned their Juris Doctor degree in Intellectual Property from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara.
