Maximilian Erlinghagen possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Group Operations Excellence Manager and Operational Excellence Manager at knuspr.de since October 2022. Prior to this role, Maximilian held the position of Head of Operations Management at Frischepost from December 2019 to October 2022. Additionally, experience includes a practicum at ConPolicy - Institute for Consumer Policy in March 2018 and at the Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB) in July 2016. Academically, Maximilian earned a Master of Arts in Politikwissenschaft from Universität Greifswald between 2017 and 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from October 2012 to August 2017. There was also a short academic stint at Rīga Stradiņš University from September 2018 to January 2019.
