Klaus Schweda is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. As of July 2020, Klaus serves as the General Counsel at Knuspr and holds the position of Senior Managing Partner at GCE Counsellors at Law since 2023. Klaus co-founded LegalHelix GmbH in 2021 and has been a partner at SchemmelMerkSchweda since June 2020. Previously, Klaus was the Chief Legal Officer at PPF Group overseeing the Project Airbank / Velvon until March 2021, and prior to that held key compliance roles at BMW Group, including leading the Center of Competence on Financial Services and AML. Klaus's career began with positions at ING-DiBa and Tandler Rechtsanwälte. Klaus holds a doctorate in business law from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg and has obtained degrees in law from the University of St.Gallen and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
