Phillip O’Regan

Deputy Headmaster K-12 & Head of Senior School at Knox Grammar School

Phillip O'Regan is the Deputy Headmaster K-12 & Head of Senior School at Knox Grammar School. Phillip has held this position since March of 2018. Prior to their current role, O'Regan served as the Deputy Principal and Head of Secondary School at Radford College from July 2014 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing a culture of excellence across each of the elements of student life in the Senior Years. Phillip also oversaw Academic and Pastoral Care in the Secondary School and the Deans of Studies and Students.

From January 2011 to June 2014, O'Regan was the Head of Upper School at Pymble Ladies' College. In this role, they were responsible for the holistic oversight and management of all students in the Upper School in all areas of College life. Phillip provided strategic leadership to support the delivery of rich educational experiences within the Upper School and led and managed staff in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality educational programs and practices.

O'Regan began their career in education as the Head of Senior Years at The Scots College from January 2003 to December 2010.

Phillip O’Regan has a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) from Charles Sturt University, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the University of Wollongong.
