Susan Kelly is an experienced educator and manager with over a decade of experience in the field of employability and skills training. Currently serving as Workworld Manager and Employability Lecturer at Knowsley Community College since January 2012, Susan previously held the role of Lead Tutor and Tutor Performance Manager at Working Links, where responsibilities included supporting a team of tutors and overseeing performance development. Early career positions include tutoring at Kirkby Unemployed Centre and various customer service roles at Telewest Communications. Susan holds a Cert Ed DTTLS MiFL QTLS degree from the University of Central Lancashire, earned between 2009 and 2011.
