Angela Lou is an experienced educator with a focus on science, particularly in advanced biology and biomedical pathways. Currently serving as a teacher at the John D. O'Bryant School of Mathematics & Science since June 2020, Angela previously held positions at Boston Arts Academy and Chicago High School for the Arts, where project-based learning and positive classroom environments were prioritized. As a Senior Fellow and Associate Editor with the Knowles Teacher Initiative since 2012, Angela contributes to the development and support of fellow educators. Angela's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Chicago and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University.
