Prashanth Kasula has over 15 years of experience in IT support and system administration, holding key positions at NextGen Web Services (India) Pvt Ltd and Knowledge Matrix since October 2008. Currently serving as Manager IT Support and Senior System Administrator, Prashanth has developed expertise in overseeing IT operations. Prashanth holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Periyar University, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Commerce from JNRVU, obtained in 2007.
