Eric McDaniel is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Knowledge Futures since July 2021, Eric previously held roles including Senior Software Engineer in the same company and Principal UI Engineer at Emporos. Eric's extensive experience also includes positions as Engineering Manager and Lead Engineering Consultant at Levvel.io, Web Video Developer at CNN, and Instructor at The Iron Yard, where curriculum design and student mentoring were key responsibilities. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Software Engineer at VC3, an Interactive Multimedia Developer at Logistics Systems Incorporated, and a Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina Electron Microscopy Center, where research focused on the effects of TiO2 nanoparticles on crops. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of South Carolina.
