Oksana Pearce is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in program management and software development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management at KnowBe4 since September 2019, Oksana has progressively advanced through various roles including Director and Manager of Program Management. Previous experience includes a position as Guidewire Software Project Manager at Anchor Insurance Holdings and roles in digital project management and web development at Explained Solutions and Galaxy Marketing Solutions LLC, respectively. Oksana's early career featured significant software engineering roles at HSN, UAMC, Nielsen, and Zipnics Inc, alongside teaching Business English at Omsk State University. Oksana holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Master's degree in English and German from Moscow University of Foreign Languages.
