William Hannay has held various positions in different companies. William worked as an underwriter at AIG from June 2010 until 2013. In 2013, they joined REAL Integrated Technology, LLC, as the Director of New Product and Business Development until January 2015. William then became the Managing Director of Veracity Worldwide from September 2015 until October 2022. From May 2019, they were a Board Member and Investor at Proofed. In October 2022, they joined Knowadays as the Chief Executive Officer.

William Hannay obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. William also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from both Columbia Business School and London Business School, which they completed from 2019 to 2021.
