Dushyant Dave began their work experience in 2014 as a Liferay Consultant at Trianz. Dushyant then moved on to Napier HealthCare in 2014 and KrishTec Infoweb pvt ltd in the same year, holding the same role at both companies. In 2016, they joined Knovos as a Support Analyst before being promoted to Project Analyst and then to Senior Project Analyst. In 2020, they became an Information Technology Project Coordinator at Knovos, and then in 2023, they were promoted to their current position as a Senior Project Coordinator.

Dushyant Dave obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
