Polina Mikhaylova has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as an Insurance Analyst at AIG. In 2012, they joined IBM as a Financial Analyst, where they worked until 2013. Polina then co-founded Keller & PO in 2014, where they served as a Co-founder until 2015. In the same year, they took on the role of Financial Project Manager at ACTeon environment, specializing in European projects under H2020. Additionally, Polina worked as an Intervenante for #SUPDEWEB, focusing on business planning from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are a Co-founder at KNOT, which provides universal docking stations for scooter sharing and is present in six countries.

Polina Mikhaylova has a Master's degree in Business Development and Entrepreneurship, which they obtained from EM Strasbourg Business School in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they pursued another Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Strategy at Sciences Po Strasbourg from 2012 to 2013.
