Antoinette La Belle has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as Board Chair and Board Trustee at Knology and as a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board's ESG Center. La Belle has been involved with the Innovation Resource Center for Human Resources as a Board Trustee since November 2019, and as a Senior Advisor at JUST Capital since July 2018. Previous positions include Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Justness, and various leadership roles within the Growth Philanthropy Network, Civic Ventures, and notable financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers and Kidder Peabody. La Belle holds a Doctorate in Management from the Weatherhead School of Management and an MBA in Management from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marymount College.
