Prior to this role, Bart Daelman worked at ENGIE Electrabel from September 2008 to June 2014 as a medewerker veiligheid & gezondheid klassieke productie. Bart Daelman holds a Bachelor's degree in Facilitair management from KaHo Sint-Lieven Sint-Niklaas (2005-2007) and furthered education with a degree in Preventieadviseur niveau 1 from Odisee Gent (2016-2017), along with completing additional courses at Syntra in 2008.
