Meg Makalou currently serves as the Head of People & Places at Benchling, a company at the forefront of biotechnology innovation. In addition, Meg is a founding member of CPOHQ, a community designed for Chief People Officers to share insights and experiences. Past roles include Expert in Residence at First Round Capital, Chief People Officer at The Climate Corporation, Vice President of Human Resources at Zynga, and Director of Global HR at Openwave, among others. Meg's extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades, is complemented by education from McGill University.
