Ansari has always been passionate about social progress and making a difference in the world. This led him to their work with the World Economic Forum, where they served as a key advisory member to the Council on Equality & Inclusion. In this role, they contributed to the development of Ethically built AI technology used in selection and assessment. Jahanzaib also contributed to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 4.0 Toolkit for leaders to accelerate social progress in the future of work. The toolkit outlines how technology can help reduce bias from recruitment processes, diversify talent pools, and benchmark diversity and inclusion across organizations.

Ansari¡¯s work with the World Economic Forum also led to their involvement with the Global Social Mobility Index 2020. The Index provides insight into the condition for breaking the link between socio-economic background and an individual¡¯s outcomes in life.
