Meryl Dakin is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Founding Software Engineer at Knock since December 2021. Previously held roles include Senior Backend Engineer and Full Stack Engineer at Frame.io from January 2020 to November 2021, as well as Full Stack Engineer and Web Development Instructor at Flatiron School between June 2017 and January 2020. Meryl's earlier experience includes significant leadership as Chief Operations Officer and Business Account Manager at LIFECITY LLC, where strategic planning and client management were key responsibilities. Additional roles include Director of Data and Communications at DADCO Consulting Services, Inc., and various educational positions as an Au Pair in France and Turkey. Meryl began a career in journalism as Managing Editor of The Student Printz while earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of Southern Mississippi.
