Melissa Lord Illsley, SPHR, HRIP, currently holds the position of Sr Director, HRIS at KnitWell Group. Previously, she worked as the Director, HRIS at Premium Brands Services/ascena and ascena. With a background in HR management and a focus on HR systems and processes, she has also held roles such as HR Manager at Tru Vue, Inc. and HR Generalist at SPX Corporation.
