James Willis is an accomplished professional in digital marketing and client success, currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Knightsbridge Park since January 2023. With a strong background as Lead Digital Strategist at Growth Cave from July 2018 to January 2023, James contributed to the growth of entrepreneurs and marketers by offering online training in advertising, marketing, and sales. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Operations at Phish Inc / WaterWheel Foundation, where responsibilities encompassed eCommerce, donor relations, and event planning, as well as working as a Digital Media Consultant from 2014 to 2020 for various companies. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Communications from the University of Vermont and further education from Champlain College.
