Rebecca (Britton) Brown is the Deputy General Counsel at Knighthead Funding, LLC, a position held since 2019, where responsibilities include providing legal advice for commercial real estate lending, including loan origination, closing, restructuring, workouts, and foreclosures. Prior to this role, Rebecca was a Partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP from 2007 to 2019, focusing on real estate financing and commercial and residential real estate development transactions.
