Anthony Nicastro is a managing partner at Knight Nicastro MacKay LLC, where practice focuses on general civil litigation, transportation defense, family law, and landlord-tenant law since April 2017. The transportation practice includes defending various classes of railroads under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), as well as handling crossing accidents, contract disputes, and employment-related disputes. Prior to this role, Anthony was a member at Hall & Evans from November 2010 to April 2017. Anthony holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law (2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Wake Forest University (2001).
