Sacha Chojnacki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and compensation across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Knight Agency since April 2023, Sacha has held significant leadership positions including Vice President of Organizational Development & Compensation at Celebrity Home Loans, LLC from May 2021 to February 2023, and Vice President of Organizational Development at ABM Industries from April 2019 to April 2021. Previously, Sacha worked at ILG, Inc. as Vice President and Director of Total Rewards, and at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide as Associate Director in both Human Resources and Compensation. Sacha's career began at Hughes Supply, Inc. as Compensation Manager. Sacha earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UCF College of Business in 1996.
