Sarah Grogan has worked for four different companies since 2009. Sarah began their career in 2009 with a summer job at Data Display Ireland as an Assembly Line Worker. In 2012, they moved to Vitalograph as a Student Mechanical Engineer. During this role they conducted research, updated engineering drawings and tested respiratory devices. Sarah then moved to a Lead Process Engineer role at Kneat Solutions in 2014, followed by an Account Manager role at the same company. In 2017, they returned to Vitalograph as a Customer Success Manager.

Sarah Grogan obtained their Leaving Certificate from Scoil Mhuire, Ennistymon, Co. Clare in 2010. Sarah then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Galway, graduating in 2014. In 2020, they obtained the Kneat Academy Trainer certification from Kneat Solutions, and they also hold a Full Driving Licence from Ireland, obtained in 2010.
