Rafael Brasil has worked in the software engineering field since 2010. Rafael began their career at Squadra Tecnologia as a Desenvolvedor, then moved to TakeNET as an Analista de Sistemas in 2011. In 2017, they joined dtidigital as a Líder técnico and in 2019, they began working at Localiza as a Tech Lead | Specialist. In 2021, they joined XP Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and is currently employed at Kneat Solutions in the same role.

Rafael Brasil obtained a Mestre em Engenharia Elétrica from PUC Minas in 2014, with a focus on Processamento de Imagens. Rafael also obtained a Bacharéu em Ciência da Computação from PUC Minas in 2011. In 2018, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org and a Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile;Download Free Scrum Body of Knowledge(381 pages).
