Priscilla Gibbons has worked in various positions across the ticketing and event management industry since 2004. Priscilla began their career at Ticketmaster as an Area Account Manager, where they maintained excellent professional relationships and exceeded goals with Ticketmaster's partners in the top selling market. Priscilla then moved to the role of Support Center Lead, providing support to over 1,200 retail partners in the United States and Canada. In 2008, they joined Live Nation as a Ticketing Services Manager, coordinating with touring local offices and Box Office Managers to ensure events were set-up to specifications at assigned venues. Priscilla then became a Client Support Manager, creating and enforcing policies and procedures for the national retail partnership and within the Support Center. After this, they worked as a freelancer in Production. In 2016, they joined RiskMatch Inc as a Client Onboarding and Support Specialist, collaborating with internal team members including Client Support, Data Analysts and Developers to ensure timely and efficient client on-boarding. In 2018, they moved to Aventri as a Client Support Specialist, providing global client support for end users with various incoming requests via email, phone and online chat. In 2020, Priscilla joined Envision Pharma Group as a Client Engagement, Account Manager. Most recently, they have been working as a Partner Success Manager at Kneat Solutions since 2022.

Priscilla Gibbons attended the University of Central Florida from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Radio and Television.
