Marie Beauchamps currently serves as Project Leader for Colonial Past Research at KNAW since December 2022 and holds the position of Interim Policy Officer. Additionally, Marie Beauchamps is a Creative Entrepreneur at MarieB. Atelier since May 2021. Previously, Marie Beauchamps was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral fellow at Queen Mary University of London from May 2019 to May 2021, focusing on citizenship deprivation and its implications. Academic roles include Guest Teacher at the Academy of Theatre and Dance and Lecturer at the University of Amsterdam. Marie Beauchamps earned a Research Master's in Cultural Analysis and a Bachelor's in English Language and Culture from the University of Amsterdam, as well as additional educational qualifications in Dutch and music.
