Marko Kalsan is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in project management, service management, and business relationship management. Currently serving as Regional IT Project Manager and Field Service Team Lead at Knauf Insulation since May 2014, Marko has led various infrastructure projects including global NAC implementation and LAN network upgrades, while also focusing on ITIL processes and KPI reporting. Prior roles include IT Coordinator and Regional IT Support Manager within the same company, as well as positions at Altran Belgium & Luxembourg, Atos Origin, and Ajilon Consulting, where Marko developed expertise in IT support, change management, and infrastructure operations. Marko holds a degree in Maintenance et Infrastructures de Réseaux from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
