Manuela Lancha Hierro serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at KNAUF INDUSTRIES ESPAÑA since March 2005, with a previous role as HR Manager. Additionally, Manuela is a Psicóloga Coach at Almahí Coaching since September 2018. Earlier in their career, Manuela worked as an HR Generalist at Moët Hennessy from August 2000 to March 2005, and held the position of Assistant Controller at Groupe SEB (Moulinex España) from November 1991 to August 2000. Manuela began their professional journey as Secretary of Direction at CAMUNSA Manutención SA from March 1989 to November 1991. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Talent Management, a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School, and a Master’s in Life Coaching and Team Coaching from ECS - OCC.
