Xavier Hallet is an accomplished plant manager at Knauf Belgium since January 2023, following a comprehensive tenure at Knauf Insulation from December 2008 to March 2023, where roles included production manager, quality manager, continuous improvement leader, and various process leader positions. Prior to this, experience includes serving as a continuous improvement engineer and team leader in hot glass at Saint-Gobain Glass Bâtiment France from 2004 to 2008, and providing technical support in GMAO at Raffinerie Tirlemontoise in 2003. Xavier Hallet holds a Master of Engineering degree with a specialization in chemistry from HELMo, completed from 1999 to 2003, and attended Collège Episcopal du Sartay (Embourg) from 1993 to 1999.
