Rafał Jaworski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Rafał started their career as a Civil Engineer and Designer at PEB Fabet S.A. from 2000 to 2002. Rafał then moved on to Rigips Polska, where they worked as a Maintenance Engineer from 2002 to 2004, overseeing investment and renovation projects, developing investment plans, and reorganizing service operations.

Rafał joined Saint-Gobain w Polsce in 2004 and worked there for several years as a Projects & Investments Manager. In this role, they were responsible for budget planning, investments supervision, and development of project specifications and business assumptions.

In 2013, Rafał became a Project Manager at Saint-Gobain and managed a construction project in Russia. Rafał handled project specifications, budgeting, implementation, schedule, and optimization.

In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Production Manager at Saint-Gobain w Polsce, where they managed two production lines, monitored budgets and KPIs, and ensured compliance with health and safety standards.

In 2017, Rafał joined Nova-Gips as the Plant Director. Rafał successfully launched a plasterboard production line, established an organizational structure, determined responsibilities for various departments, and conducted recruitment and training of employees.

Currently, Rafał is the Head of Regional Operations Controlling at Knauf A/S since 2019. Their responsibilities include business and technical operations controlling in Northern Europe, deployment of professional maintenance excellence worldwide, and implementation and compliance control of safety standards.

Rafał Jaworski began their education at the Mechanical Technical College in Pińczów in 1990, where they pursued a degree in the construction of industrial machinery and equipment. Rafał completed their time at the college in 1995. Following this, they joined the Kielce University of Technology in 1995 and graduated in 2000 with a Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering.
