Becca Flach is an accomplished professional in client services and account management, currently serving as Head of Client Services and Head of Accounts at Knack Collective since August 2022. Previously, Becca held the position of Group Account Director at Scorch®, where leadership was provided to the account group and cross-functional directors for global B2B and B2B2C tech brands, successfully executing content marketing campaigns for industry leaders such as Microsoft and Salesforce. With extensive experience at Marketing General Incorporated, Becca spearheaded campaigns that significantly increased membership and revenue for non-profit clients. Additional roles include Manager of Meeting and Membership Marketing at the American Society of Travel Agents and a Public Relations Contractor at the Smithsonian Institution. Becca holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a marketing concentration and a minor in public communications from American University.
