Ray Bichard has extensive experience in the field of logistics, having held various positions in different companies. In their current role as Senior Program Manager at KMS Solutions, LLC, they lead an 80-person contractor team in support of Naval Sea Systems Command's Program Offices for in-service submarines. Prior to this, they served as the Program Manager for all contract tasks in support of Naval Sea Systems Command's In-Service Submarine Directorate at Patrona Corporation. Ray has also served as the Assistant Commander for Operations & Warfare Engagement at Naval Supply Systems Command, the Assistant Chief of Staff for Logistics & Ordnance at Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, and the Chief Of Staff at Naval Supply Systems Command Global Logistics Support. Additionally, they have held various other management positions, including Director of Maritime Operations at NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Commanding Officer at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, and Senior Supply Officer on USS NASSAU (LHA 4). Ray also served at the U.S. European Command as a Fuel Logistics Planner/Logistics Directorate Executive Officer.
Ray Bichard has pursued various educational degrees throughout their academic career. Ray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy. Ray also obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College. Further, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Additionally, they completed an Executive Development Program (EDP) in the field of study at The Wharton School.
