Allison Chipman has extensive experience in marketing and property management, currently serving as the Regional Marketing Manager at KMG Prestige, Inc. since July 2017, where responsibilities include developing marketing strategies to enhance rent levels and resident retention across multiple apartment communities. Previously, Allison held various roles at IPA Management, LLC from May 2012 to July 2017, including Assistant Manager and Leasing Manager, where duties encompassed community event planning, social media management, team leadership, and market analysis. Allison's career began with positions in customer service and event coordination, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations from Grand Valley State University.
