Marianne Nilsson is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at KMD since January 2022, Marianne has held several progressive positions within KMD, including Team Lead Recruitment and Senior Recruitment Partner. Prior roles span freelance HR consulting, HR Consultant at Rockwool International A/S, and HR Partner for IKEA, among others. Marianne's career began as an Adjunkt at Niels Brock and includes expertise in employer branding and strategic HR solutions.
