James (Jim) Gray is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in residential and commercial building management. Currently serving as the Area Manager for KM Homes since December 2015, Gray has overseen operations on the west side of Atlanta. Previous roles include Project Manager with John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, where responsibilities encompassed high-end residential projects, and Building Supervisor at Ryland Homes (now CalAtlantic Homes), focusing on high-end residential constructions. Jim Gray also founded Graycontracting / JWI LLC, providing residential and light commercial services, and co-owned Atlantic Coast Construction Management Services, managing diverse projects. Earlier career highlights include positions as Construction Manager at Hedgewood Properties and Area Construction Manager at Centex Homes, emphasizing quality control and customer satisfaction. Jim Gray holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University.
