Ashley Robinson began their work experience as a Human Resources Office Associate at Sears in November 2015. Ashley then worked as a Senior Representative at Primerica Financial Services, Inc. from May 2016 to October 2017. In April 2017, they joined Hertz as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator I/ HR Support Specialist I, where they worked until September 2019. From September 2019 to November 2021, Ashley served as an Audit Coordinator at TPS Alert. Currently, they are employed at KLX Energy Services, where they started as a Human Resources Coordinator in November 2021 and later became a Human Resources Generalist in April 2022.

Ashley Robinson attended the University of Oklahoma from 2011 to 2017, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in General Science.
