Jenn Richards has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Jenn most recently worked as an Account Manager at Klutch Cannabis starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they were a Data Research Analyst at Now What Research starting in April 2019. From December 2019 to March 2020, they worked as a Medical Research Data Analyst at e4. Before transitioning into the research field, Jenn was the Owner and CEO of Scribbles Coffee Company from October 2013 to August 2018. Jenn also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked as a Managing Shelter Coordinator at Family & Community Services, Inc. from May 2009 to July 2013. During this role, they managed a family and singles homeless shelter, overseeing case management and grant management.

Jenn Richards earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Kent State University between the years 2012 and 2018.
