Justin Farmer is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in management and team leadership. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Klosterman Baking Company since July 2024, Justin has held various roles that include Senior Area Manager at Camco Chemical, High Performance Teams Coach and Purchasing Manager at Johnson Controls Battery Group, and Line Team Manager and Production Supervisor at Kellogg Company. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1995 and 2000.
