Jeff Caldwell is a seasoned professional in construction consulting, currently serving as President of Klosh Group, Inc. since August 2016, where the firm focuses on owner’s representation and project management across various sectors. Prior to Klosh Group, Inc., Caldwell held key positions at Vanir Construction Management, including Executive Director of National Development and Operations and Projects Director. Additional experience includes an Associate Director role at Jones Lang LaSalle and a Senior Project Manager position at Kaiser Permanente. Caldwell began a career in construction management as a Project Manager with Skanska USA Building Inc. after completing education at Seaside High.
