Catherine Hielscher is an experienced professional in the pet food and manufacturing industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Commercialization at KLN Family Brands since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading New Product Development and contract manufacturing for Tuffy's Pet Food. Prior to this role, Catherine held various positions at Simmons Pet Food, including Strategic Sourcing Manager for Pet Food Packaging, specializing in supplier relations and cost-saving initiatives. Previous experience includes purchasing goods for Steelite International, managing contract manufacturing at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, and serving as a Human Resources Analyst with a focus on employee wellness programs. Catherine also has a background in military support as a Family Readiness Group Leader for the US Army. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Rider University.
