Uri Roos has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Uri began their career as Webmaster for NIK, and then served as an Anti-piracy squad for NVPI in 1999. In 2000, they became a Board Member - Commercial Affairs for Panta Rhei, and then a Board Member - Commercial Affairs for Vereniging Informatiewetenschappen Amsterdam in 2001. In 2001, they also became President of the Board for Stichting NVI. In 2004, they Co-Founded FRTRSS and became Creative Director for Box Network Europe. In 2005, they founded Jimmy Alter. From 2015 to 2017, they were CTO & Founder of BrandBox.io, and from 2017 to the present they have been CTO / Founder of Klikkie.
Uri Roos attended JSG Maimonides from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a VWO degree. From 1998 to 2004, they attended the University of Amsterdam, where they earned a Master of Science in Social Science Informatics, with a minor in Business Management. From 2002 to 2003, they also attended Tel Aviv University, where they completed a minor in Business Management.
