Alison Hamlin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alison is currently working as the Recruiting & Marketing Director at Klick Solar since July 2021. Previously, they worked as a Remodeling Consultant at Power Home Remodeling from January 2021 to June 2021, and as a Team Lead/Customer Development Representative from July 2020 to January 2021. Alison also worked as a Recruiter at Alternative Laboratories LLC from May 2020 to August 2020. At EcoMark Solar, they held the role of HR Manager/Recruiting from January 2019 to March 2020, and Recruiting & HR Coordinator from April 2018 to January 2019. In their earlier roles, they were a Team Lead/National Recruiter at Modis from July 2017 to April 2018, Resource Development Manager from March 2016 to July 2017, and an Account Manager at Dallas Texas Consultants, Hype Group Inc., and Peak Incorporated in various periods between 2012 and 2015. Alison started their career as a Marketing Intern at Norwood Development Group from April 2010 to July 2011, where they gained experience in event planning, market research, and marketing support.

Alison Hamlin completed their high school education at Fort Morgan High School from 2004 to 2008. Alison then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, starting in 2008 and graduating in 2012. In 2011, Alison had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Wollongong in Australia, focusing on marketing.
